Tuesday's Favorites

 Sighted in the afternoon

They both love to read and sometimes they want to read the same book at the same time.  Love that while they are reading The Action Bible together, Luke is holding a sword.  They didn't move from this spot for over an hour.

We have a momma cat and two kittens at our house.  We will be finding homes for all of them in several weeks.  The boys have named the kittens Milo and Loki.  All Milo wants to do is sit in our laps.  Loki despises our laps and just wants to run around and explore.  They are absolutely the cutest things ever.  There may be tears when they leave.  From me.

Algebra goes much better with a buddy to help. Both boys are using Teaching Textbooks this year - Luke 4th grade and Caleb Algebra.  Best math ever.

Saw this recipe on Whatever blog for roasted veggies.  Oh my, they are so delicious.  Basically cut up veggies and place on a foil lined pan, add garlic, salt and pepper, and olive oil.  Cook at 375 for around 35 to 45 minutes, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.  We had sweet potatoes, carrots, and onion served with salmon patties (HEB recipe) and rice.  Such an easy and economical dinner and even the boys will eat the salmon patties without complaining

So happy to have my camera back. I purchased it last year on Black Friday and it completely broke a few weeks ago.  So glad this happened during the 1 year warranty.  I sent it off and received a fixed camera back within two weeks.
